One-time New Family Commitment Fee: Over the years, many families have built our school through their investment of time and resources. When you join the Charlotte Preparatory School family, you are beginning your investment into this very special educational community. The New Family Commitment Fee is an expression of your commitment to educating your child at Charlotte Preparatory School through the 8th Grade. We require new families to submit this one-time payment of $1,000 upon signing their first tuition contract with Charlotte Preparatory School.

Tuition Refund Plan: The Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) ensures a partial refund of the remaining tuition in the event of a withdrawal. This plan (approximately 1.7% of tuition cost) is required unless the full annual fees are paid by May 1, in which case the plan is elective.

Field trip fees may be assessed if needed.

Making Charlotte Prep possible: Tuition Assistance

Our mission is supported by the belief that everyone in the school community benefits from the opportunity to interact with people who have diverse beliefs and backgrounds. Tuition assistance is one of the tools for developing and maintaining our cultural environment.
