After School
It’s Cool After School!
We know that our students work very hard mastering their regular daily curriculum, and believe that they deserve a rewarding experience when that day concludes. We make certain that every moment spent after school is safe, fun, and relaxing for all of our children.
Our daily After School program operates from the students' dismissal time until 6:00 p.m. The program is divided into four sections:
- Early School - Primary and TK students
- Lower School - Kindergarten and First Graders
- Lower School - Second, Third and Fourth Graders
- Middle School - Fifth through Eighth Graders
Classes are led by warm and enthusiastic teachers, and include a healthy mix of age-appropriate activities, study time, and free time for everyone.
We augment our daily after-school schedule with a variety of age-appropriate speakers, activities and special events for all age groups. In addition, this year our outstanding Middle School role models will be interacting with their younger counterparts on a regular basis, much like they do in the BUD-E leadership program during the regular school day.
Our After School team is committed to providing a loving and nurturing environment for our children while encouraging personal growth, leadership, and academic excellence. We look forward to seeing you after school!
Studios
Charlotte Prep also offers Primary through 8th Grade students the opportunity to participate in after-school enrichment classes called "Studios." These classes are taught by professionals, some outside the Charlotte Prep faculty. There is a fee, separate from tuition, associated with each class.
